Welcome
Constellations workshops offer a space to explore the unseen patterns and dynamics that shape our lives. They invite us to notice what we may be carrying for others, sometimes across generations, and how inherited patterns, entanglements and hidden loyalties can show up in our personal and professional relationships, our health and our sense of belonging.
By gently bringing into view what may have been hidden, forgotten or simply outside our awareness, we can begin to see and experience the situation differently. This can create greater clarity, a sense of settling and space for something new to emerge.
Experiencing a Constellation
Constellations are an embodied experience. Rather than trying to think our way through an issue, we step into what is often called the knowing field and pay attention to what emerges — sensations, emotions, movement and a sense of connection to something beyond our individual story.
Quite how this happens remains something of a mystery. Yet representatives and participants often experience something that resonates deeply with a system they know little or nothing about.
We stay curious about what emerges, without judgement or the need to explain it. In doing so, something previously unseen may come into view — an inherited pattern, an entanglement, a hidden loyalty, or perhaps a resource or connection that has been forgotten.
Sometimes simply seeing things differently creates the space for something new to emerge.
Curious about attending a constellation workshop?
You don’t need to understand constellations before you come, and no previous experience is necessary.
A constellation workshop provides a facilitated space where you can experience the work in a group setting. You may wish to bring and issue to explore, take part as a representative in someone else’s constellation, or simply be present and witness the work.
Each offers a different way of experiencing constellations. Often being a representative in another person’s constellation resonates with our own experience and brings an unexpected insight or a different perspective.
Come with curiosity and an openness to what you might discover.
